ALPEX Technologies offers its customers holistic engineering for the realisation of innovative tooling systems.
From the development of specific 3D tool concepts in the form of feasibility studies, through simulation for verification of concepts by numerical methods, such as FEM or PAM-RTM, to the planning and detailed design of tooling systems in CATIA by our designers, ALPEX combines all the expertise and know-how under one roof.
Our engineers work closely with the experts of our research and development department. As a result we come up with modern and efficient manufacturing solutions for our customers, which incorporate our years of experience and the most innovative technologies and solutions.
The specialists in manufacturing work in close cooperation with our engineers to develop high-end solutions for the production of CFRP components.
Modern machinery, predominantly 5-axis CNC milling centres in our fully air-conditioned hall and highly qualified staff guarantee precision, efficiency and quality in the production. A long-standing network of reliable partners supports us in expanding our production through alternative processing technologies and a flexible planning of processing capacity.
The assembly of all components, the completion with hydraulic and pneumatic functions as well as the electrical system right up to the finished, functioning tooling system is done in our air-conditioned assembly hall.
The quality control of all manufactured components takes place at constant ambient temperature on state-of-the-art equipment. High-precision tactile and optical 3D-measurement technologies are available for this purpose (coordinate measuring machines, laser tracker, 3D scanner).
Quality assurance is part of our management system, which is certified according to ISO 9001 and EN 9100.
Our experienced project managers are your contact persons for the whole duration of your order. They ensure professional schedule, resource and change management.
They also provide coordination of projects as well as a complete and efficient information flow.
